  • Make sure the breaker hasn’t tripped.

  • Locate the filter slot (usually near the return air duct).
  • Slide out the old filter and insert a new one (match the size).
  • Replace every 1–3 months for best performance.

Move-Out Procedures

Planning to move out? Here’s what to do:

  • Submit Notice: Log in to your Tenant Portal and submit your move-out notice as required by your lease agreement.
  • Review Requirements: Check your lease for the required notice period and any cleaning or repair responsibilities.
  • Schedule Inspection: Contact our team to schedule a move-out inspection.
  • Return Keys: Return all keys and access devices on or before your move-out date.
  • Provide Forwarding Address: Make sure we have your forwarding address for your security deposit return.
